Hi everyone. I need to replace my stock of stud rivets.3/16" long. here in Spain my supplier had run dry and cannot get more. I have some 1/4" and 5/16" but they are to long for all the thicknesses of leather I work with.
This is the type of stud rivet you hammer together with a soft head hammer. They clip lock together. Brass and bright metal colours are both ok.
I always do my own and friends repairs. Our Spanish friend and saddler died 2 years ago in a quad bike crash. His parents don't want to continue with the work so all of us East of Malaga are stumped. The local workmanship is worryingly poor!
If anyone can post me even a small quantity I will cover all out of pocket costs obviously.
I'm not going to get driving again without them! Albert.
