I would like to be in contact with people who can help me find contacts in (former) Soviet Union countries in order to sell Friesian horses and / or semen.

Hi I was in Russia and Estonia 2007 and 2008. I was looking at examples of the Estonian and Finnish horse. All I can say is that I would not try to sell anything to Russia. Cool or Frozen semen is crazy! Nothing gets delivered in Russia correctly! The semen will be worthless! It's hard enough to get it delivered on time USA to Europe or vis versa, but to Russia. Forget it! Also sending money from Russia has to be done in US$ Dollars and that is expensive as rubles are worthless! They have to buy them you have to exchange them. How do you know what your money will be after exchange rates and commision will be?
I have a bounced 4.000euros cheque from Russia through a reputable German bank!
If someone in Russia is rich enough to own or buy good horses Suspect them! I meet some very scary people there who owned horses! I never wanted to meet them again!
